Cancellation Policy

​At Crazzy Krunch, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent.

Order Cancellations by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@crazzykrunch.com with your order ID.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancellations

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required since payment is collected at delivery.

Cancellations by Crazzy Krunch

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

• Unavailability of stock.

• Errors in product description or pricing.

• Issues with payment or incomplete information.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded in full.
