Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timelines

Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may carry an additional service charge.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.
