Returns & Refund Policy

​At Crazzy Krunch, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in sourcing, sorting, and packing premium quality makhanas. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Since makhana is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns once the package is opened, consumed, or tampered with.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

    • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Process

  • To raise a return request, email us at support@crazzykrunch.com or call 830 6647483 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share your order ID, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product/package.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange for the pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit (details will be shared once your request is approved).

Replacements

  • If stock is available, you may choose to receive a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Replacements will be shipped free of charge in cases of wrong or damaged delivery.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed packs.

  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals.

  • Orders placed under promotional offers, giveaways, or free samples.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeline:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Then, contact your credit/debit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

    • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@crazzykrunch.com.
