We take care to pack our makhana products securely. However, if your package arrives opened, torn, leaking or significantly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or a video of the outer packaging and product to verify the issue and assist with an eligible replacement or refund.

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, extreme weather, transport issues, festivals, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
